Would you like to be a part of a business that owns and operates an independent online platform that manages the maintenance and compliance of commercial vehicle fleets and assets.

We are looking for IT Support to join our fantastic team based in Sheffield.

About the role:

The purpose of your role will be to provide application support to the r2c Online customer logging of service cases, handling them within defined response times and seeing them through to resolution. This will be achieved through web, email and phone services. You will be involved with product training with the customers and product testing with our in-house development team.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Using Microsoft CRM to handle the logging of service calls
  • Advise customers on product functionality
  • Report on support stats and trends
  • Log company bugs and issues
  • Actively monitor usage of system and identify customers requiring development
  • To test all company products against specification
  • Provide assistance on internal and external projects
  • Data preparation and verification for importing/exporting between systems
  • Assist with customer adoption and the handling of data for customer implementations
