r2c has been named as a supplier on the Government Commercial Agency’s G-Cloud 15 framework, making it quicker and simpler for public-sector organisations to access its online fleet and workshop management platform.
The framework provides eligible public bodies with a more straightforward route to procure approved cloud-based services. It means organisations can assess r2c’s services through an established procurement process, without needing to create entirely new contractual arrangements.
r2c supports more than 9,000 fleets and workshops, helping them replace disconnected spreadsheets, paperwork and manual processes with one connected digital platform.
Available through Lot 2b: Cloud Software, r2c’s platform supports vehicle, driver, maintenance, repair and asset management. Features include digital driver checks, defect and incident reporting, maintenance scheduling, workshop management, job tracking, compliance records and operational reporting.
The platform can also integrate with other systems used across an organisation, helping reduce duplicate data entry and improve communication between teams, departments and depots.
Ashley Connell, Business Unit Director at r2c, said: “Public-sector fleet teams are under constant pressure to do more with limited budgets and resources, while maintaining extremely high standards of safety, compliance and accountability.
“Being available through G-Cloud makes it easier for these organisations to access r2c and begin replacing fragmented, labour-intensive processes with a connected digital platform.
“Whether an organisation operates council vehicles, emergency-service fleets, housing-maintenance vans or highway assets, r2c can provide much greater visibility over vehicles, drivers and workshop activity. The result is less administration, fewer avoidable delays and better control over the day-to-day operation.”
The r2c platform enables fleet and workshop teams to capture driver checks, defects and incidents digitally, while scheduling inspections, servicing and repairs. It tracks workshop jobs from the moment they are raised through to completion, storing vehicle and maintenance records centrally to provide a clear audit trail and support compliance.
In 2025, more than 2.1 million maintenance and repair jobs were completed through r2c’s systems. Drivers also carried out nearly 5.3 million vehicle checks and raised more than six million defects.
r2c already supports dozens of councils and public-sector organisations, helping them improve visibility, planning and operational control across fleet and workshop activity.
Connell added: “Joining G-Cloud is an important step for r2c because it removes a potential barrier between public-sector fleets and technology that can make a genuine difference to day-to-day operations.
“We look forward to helping more public-sector organisations reduce downtime, strengthen compliance and make better use of their fleet and workshop resources.”
