r2c Online has seen a 23% business increase as a result of fleet management being transferred online during the pandemic year of 2020.
As part of our growth, more than 100 new clients were signed and the resulting number of new assets added to the r2c platform topped 120,000.
This success has been fuelled by the changing demands of fleets as the coronavirus situation has continued to develop. With fleet departments predominantly operating from home in 2020, businesses have turned to fleet management platforms that can be accessed anywhere by any member of a team.
As operations are no longer run out of a single, office-based location, we have seen companies migrate from paper-based systems to community-based management online solutions.
In 2020 we’ve been also able to make some crucial changes to our own IT infrastructure that have aided future proofing and increased our overall productivity. This year, we are planning on making further investments in development capacity, enabling us to launch a number of new products and enhance existing ones.
Our new products and solutions are just around the corner, so stay tuned for future announcements.
